These promotions mark not only the individual achievements of our talented employees but also highlight FDAQRC’s impressive growth and unwavering commitment to its workforce.

Celebrating its 14th year in business this October, FDAQRC has experienced continuous growth since its establishment in 2009, thanks to its devoted staff.
During this round of promotions, Project Managers Amanda White and Karen Tracy have been elevated to Senior Project Managers. Both White and Tracy joined FDAQRC in 2021, and in their new capacities, White will lead a team of project coordinators while Tracy will continue to oversee one of the company’s largest client accounts.
Auditor Gilbert Audet has been promoted to Senior Quality Auditor, a role he has held since the fall of 2021. In this elevated position, Audet will continue to conduct thorough audits within his area of expertise in the GxP’s.
Project Coordinator Alicia Watson has taken on the role of Associate Project Manager, collaborating closely with Project Managers to oversee client projects and provide specialized assistance based on her expertise. Watson has been a valuable member of the team since 2021.
Meanwhile, Project Coordinator Krystal Dominguez has assumed the responsibilities of a Human Resource Administrator. In this new capacity, Dominguez will play a vital role in onboarding new employees and driving various HR initiatives. She has been an integral part of the company since October 2021.
Marketing Assistant Brianna Rico has been promoted to Marketing Coordinator, taking charge of copywriting for diverse marketing initiatives. With the guidance and support of Marketing Manager Kate Pfahl, Rico will lead new projects that promise to bolster FDAQRC’s marketing endeavors.
Vice President Michelle Copeland emphasizes the significance of these promotions, saying, “These well-deserved advancements are a testament to the hard work and dedication of our team.
