When I was undergoing breast cancer treatment, my surgeon used to say that she could take out the cancer, but the true miracles would come when she could take out the fear. I wish that with Perimeter’s technology, surgeons could reduce the likelihood of a second operation, but more importantly, decrease the fears and apprehensions of their patients.
Ms. Suzanne Foster is an accomplished global leader in the healthcare industry with over 25 years of experience. Currently, she is President of Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, holding key positions in the past such as President of Cardinal Health’s Health-at-Home and VP General Manager at Medtronic Advanced Energy. Ms. Foster is a highly educated professional, having earned a B.A. in Communication from the University of New Hampshire, an M.Ed in Psychology from Notre Dame College, a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, and a Master of Public Health in Law and Health Policy from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. With her extensive background, she is a valuable asset in the healthcare industry.
The Company has announced that Chris Scott has stepped down as Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) effective January 13, 2022. To fill the role, the Company has begun a formal search and appointed Russell Wagner as Interim CFO until a new CFO is appointed.
Mr. Russell Wagner is an exemplary CPA and executive with an impressive history of success in the finance, accounting, and treasury sectors of the healthcare industry. From 2003 until his retirement in 2020, he served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer at Holy Redeemer Health System in Philadelphia, PA, where he had been gradually assuming higher-level VP roles in the Finance department since 1994. Before that, he worked for the certified public accounting firm of Heffler and Company for fifteen years, specializing in auditing and consulting for hospitals, nursing homes, home health agencies, physician groups, and health insurance companies. Mr. Wagner holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA.
